Shipping policy

  • We offer our customers free shipping, standard shipping and express shipping. 
  • All orders are shipped out after fulfillment only. 
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
  • If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order.
